Membership extensions are by calendar weeks, and must begin on a Monday.

Each member is eligible to a maximum of 8 weeks extension per calendar year.
Extension requests must be submitted before the date of extension.
Extensions cannot be applied for Public Holiday closures, closures enforced by external bodies, or the Asgard Year-end break.
Competitive Members : Original individual lesson slots will not be guaranteed, if the period of leave is greater than 2 weeks.
